Why does it take 4- 6 weeks?

Due to the customizable nature of our pieces, we operate on a strictly made to order basis. This means each piece is made especially for you - a process which takes time.

What if I need something on a short timeline?

We understand that planning 4-6 weeks ahead for special occasions is not always realistic! If you would like to place a rush on a piece for a specific date, send us an email at

Where is it made?

All our pieces are handmade with care in Toronto, Canada.

Why 18k gold? Can I wear this in the shower?

We choose to work in 18k yellow gold, because it features a perfect balance of rich colour and strength.
Not only can it withstand daily showering and the strain of everyday wear, but the patina develops beautifully over time. Our beaded pieces are more porous and thus should be removed in the shower if you would like to maintain the current colour. That being said, we wear ours 24/7 and simply choose to embrace the changing tones.


All of our pieces can be customized, using colourful gemstones, inscriptions or even in white or rose gold. We feel this makes your pieces more personal, and adds another layer of value for the wearer. If you don’t see the option you want available on the website, please reach out to us.

Custom work

While this is not our primary focus, we have been designing engagement rings as well as other custom pieces since inception. Some clients have existing stones or gold that they would like to repurpose, and this can be a great starting point. Because of the personal nature of these pieces, we do not typically publicize photos, however we are happy to share a few if you would like to see some examples. While we strive to create durable and long-lasting pieces, accidents happen and on occasion small stones may pop out with the wear and tear of everyday life. We are happy to fix these issues free of charge within 1 year of purchase, however we ask that you cover the shipping costs where required.

Do you offer returns?

Since we operate on a strictly made to order basis all items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
